Rules Of Admission - Exhibition:

1. African Exhibitions & Seminars Ltd (AFES) shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the exhibition takes place in accordance with its advertised Programme. AFES reserves the absolute right, however, to substitute any part of the exhibition with an alternative.

2. As long as an organization has paid for an Exhibition stand, there is no restriction to the no of its staff it can bring to its stand. All staff must be pre-registered with AFES.

3. The right to admission to the event is reserved by the event manager and event venue who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion; and may from time to time carry out security searches. AFES would advise customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being declined to be searched, using abusive , threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour (including smoking in no-smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances or making unauthorized audio, video or photographic recordings.

4.  Organizations can always exchange names of those to attend.

6. The right to admission to the seminar is reserved by the event manager and the event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches. AFES would advise customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a seminar on account of late arrival, being declined to be searched, using abusive and threatening words, being drunk or other anti-social behaviour (including smoking in no-smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances or making unauthorized audio, video or photographic recordings.

7. Seminar Registrations are exchangeable between members of an organization.

Refund Policy:

8. All payments for either exhibition stand and/or seminars are refundable with a 25% service charge.

9. All refund applications must be made in writing via e-mail to: africanexhibitons@yahoo.co.uk not later than 21 days after the payment has been made. Applications for refunds made after 21 days of payment shall not be honoured  and the client shall not be entitled to any refunds at all.

10. All applications for refunds must be accompanied by an attachment of the original payment receipt. If payment has been made online, copy of the payment code and details from Paypal.

11. All refunds applications must also be accompanied by a completed and signed Refunds Form which is available online at our website: www.africanexhibitions.com/refunds_form.pdf

12. AFES shall not entertain refund applications based on the excuse that an entry visa application into the UK, America or any other country in which the event was being held was refused.

13. No refunds are available for entry tickets once purchased.

14. No refunds are available for all categories of advertising and sponsorships. So, be sure you need the advertising before placing an order for it or before paying. Same goes for all categories of sponsorships.

15. Refunds are strictly processed after the exhibition for  which the payment was originally made.

RESTRICTIONS

16. Mobile telephones must be switched off in the seminar hall.

17. Video and camera equipment are not permitted to be brought into the seminar hall.

INTERNET BOOKING

18. AFES online downloadable visitor ticket system is handled by a third party and is programmed to automatically display tickets with a unique barcode number. The information is stored in a visitor login area and can be accessed at any time by the registered user here.

PRIVACY POLICY

19. AFES Ltd is very respectful about the privacy concerns of the visitors to the website. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to the website, other than when submitted in connection with an admission e-ticket reservation. However, certain non-personal information of visitors is recorded by the standard operation of the website internet servers.  This information is primarily used to provide an enhanced online experience for the visitor (e.g. Netscape, Internet Explorer), the type of operating systems (e.g. Macintosh, Windows0 in use by the visitor and the domain name of the visitor’s internet service provider. By having this information, web pages optimized for a particular visitor’s computer are automatically available to that visitor. Other uses of this information may include an internal review of the number of visitors to the site. But  only in aggregate and non-personally-identifiable form. E-mail addresses and personally identifiable data about visitors to the Site are known to to AFES Ltd only when submitted during registration.

20. Personal information that may be collected in connection with the purchase of admission e-ticket(s), filling out registration and enquiry forms, registering to receive promotional or other information is retained by AFES Ltd and not sold or otherwise transferred outside the company.

We sometimes also use e-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information to contact visitors who communicate with us. For example, we direct e-mail to visitors who provide us with their e-mail addresses for specific purposes such as receiving third party or other information, details of relevant upcoming shows or being notified if they have one of our prize draws.

21. by using this site, you specifically consent to the collection and use of the above personal information by AFES Ltd as described in this policy. If AFES ltd should decide to change its privacy policy, those changes will be published on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Credit And Debit Card processing and Security

22. AFES Ltd believes that online purchasing of exhibition admission and /or seminar registration on the site is absolutely safe. AFES Ltd uses the latest industry standard

encryption technology to keep visitors personal information safe. All ordering information - including the visitors name and credit and debit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure sockets Layer) for maximum security. Visitors card details cannot be read as it travels to the secure system. To ensure that your information is even more
secure, visitors card information are usually stored on a server which is not accessible from the internet as soon as it is received.

All card transactions are handled by a third party financial institution which receives the card number and other personal identity information only to verify the card numbers and to process transactions. All card payments are securely processed on our behalf by PayPal payment solutions, an authorized payment Service provider. Paypal uses a 128bit Thawte SSL certificate to ensure secure transmission of your information.
